RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

DOMESTIC (UNITED STATES) EXCHANGES

We sincerely hope you love your Sunny Side Up purchase! At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags and packaging attached
• Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, and human/pet hair

If your item meets these requirements, please email info@sunnysideupapparel.com within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange authorization.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchange packages must be shipped within 7 days of receiving exchange approval.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges if merchandise does not meet our policy requirements.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, all international orders are final sale. We do not accept international returns or exchanges.
