However, we are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items. To qualify for an exchange, items must be: • Unworn and unwashed • In original condition with tags and packaging attached • Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, and human/pet hair If your item meets these requirements, please email info@sunnysideupapparel.com within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange authorization. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
